Shipping Policy

Every order ships from San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Processing time

Prints ship within 5–7 business days. Original pieces ship within 3–5 business days, carefully packed. Commissions ship once they're finished and you've approved the final piece.

Where I ship

Every order ships within Puerto Rico and the rest of the United States only. I don't ship internationally. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

In-person delivery

If you're in the San Juan metro area, email me at [email protected] to arrange an in-person delivery. You can pay with ATH Móvil.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, and you'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. Original pieces also ship insured.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email me at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos. If tracking shows no movement for a long time, write to me and I'll open a claim with the carrier.
